How Health Coaching works:
Sessions are available via phone, skype, or in-person in Austin, Texas.
You and I work together, step by step, through a program covering goal setting, motivation, nutrition and fitness training, self care, and life changing distinctions around what really feeds you.
In addition to teaching you healthy lifestyle behaviors, I am available to be your motivator, cheerleader, BFF, and Biggest fan!
Your personalized program will help you overcome obstacles, reach your goals, and radically improve your health and happiness.
Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, and preferences. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!
It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
NLL Cleanse Protocol
With the knowledge gained from my education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as years of research and experimentation, I developed the NLL Cleanse Protocol. With consideration of the evolution of the Food Guide Pyramid, along with research of the Paleo movement, and the Weston A. Price foundation, I have found that a primal way of eating is a strong beginning on the path to healing one’s digestive system. We start with the least inflammatory foods, then add foods back in, to see how you respond. From there, an optimal eating plan for YOU is uncovered.
