about tabitha
Tabitha has been in the fitness and wellness field for over 14 years. She began her training at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, completing a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science degree, with a minor in Health & Wellness Promotion. She then attended Lauterstein-Conway Massage School before returning to SWTSU for a Master of Education degree in Physical Education. Tabitha worked as a graduate assistant, teaching weight training, aerobics, and lifetime wellness to undergraduate students. As her interest in preventative wellness grew, she found yoga to be an ideal combination of fitness and mind/body wellness. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher training through the Living Yoga Program.

Tabitha then became passionate about the study of Anusara yoga, and completed a 108-hour immersion, as well as 50 hours of teacher training, in the Anusara methodology. She concentrates on postural awareness, alignment principles, and individual needs to create a safe, nurturing environment for her students.
