While group yoga classes are an effective way to learn yoga, individually adapted sessions are very beneficial to address your unique needs. Whether you are new to yoga, have an injury or other health concern, or you have scheduling conflicts that prevent you from attending group classes, we provide personalized sessions in your home or office, at a time that is convenient for you!
Focus is placed on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, with special attention given to asana technique, based on your unique structure and what is going on in your mind and body, at this moment.Pricing:

Integrative Massage Therapy
Massage therapy improves circulation, helps the body rid itself of toxins, promotes relaxation, decreases insomnia, reduces stress and anxiety, and increases body awareness, which leads to an improved body image.
New Leaf Wellness Services provides an integrative approach to massage therapy. Following a brief consultation and postural evaluation, an individualized session is designed to create optimal freedom and correct alignment in your body, while relaxing you mind. Your session may include the following techniques:
Swedish – Long, slow superficial strokes relax the mind and body, allowing for deeper work in needed areas.
Deep Tissue – Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, this technique releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure.
Sports – Stretches and deeper techniques reduce muscle soreness and allow for rapid recovery from injury. Additionally, friction movements may reduce muscle adhesions and scar tissue formation in soft tissue.
Myofascial Work – Myofascial work accesses the fascial system of the body and frees fascial adhesions. (Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds each muscle, organ, and tissue in the body. Fascia becomes “stuck” in certain areas of the body, due to injury, trauma, or poor posture.)Pricing:

Wellness Consultation and Program Design
This service is ideal for clients who seek guidance in beginning their own wellness routine. This service includes a 60-minute consultation to understand your goals and individual needs, after which we design a wellness program just for you. (Your program may include: yoga, massage therapy, exercise programming, nutrition information, and lifestyle changes that will enhance your overall wellness.) We will then meet for a second 60-minute session to discuss your program in detail, so that you feel confident in pursuing your wellness goals.
The cost of this service is $150.
Progress Consultation - Whenever you feel the need to re-evaluate your program, schedule a progress consultation. In this 60-minute session, we will discuss what worked well, what challenges you may have had, and any new goals or concerns you have. Then we will design a revised program for you.
The cost of this service is $80.
