Tabitha was able to help me with a realistic cleanse which eliminated my sugar cravings. She introduced me to coconut milk and better fats. She encouraged me, educated me, and gently made me more accountable.


Tabitha was able to help me work toward my goals by checking in with me at the beginning of each week to understand where I was, how I was doing, and what adjustments (if any) were in order. She also kept me motivated by giving me positive and constructive feedback during our sessions.

Tabitha was able to help me achieve my wellness goals by teaching me how to combine healthy eating habits with yoga and strength training.

The most significant change I’ve experienced as a result of this class has been the awareness I’ve gained of how my body responds to my daily diet and activities. I feel so much more in tune with my body, if that makes any sense! LOL!

Who does not want to feel good, look good and be happy? Quality of life is something to be cherished. Most people do not recognize that they will not do what is needed on their own. A health coach will see that you at least recognize what you need and be there to help you be the best you can be.


Tabitha was able to help me work toward my goals by not only expertly relieving my body of current problems, but gradually teaching me how to deal with them daily. My posture is gradually improving and I am learning to relax parts as well as the whole body.

I would describe Tabitha as a gentle, gracious, loving person who is very knowledgeable about all the physical aspects of the human body as well as many emotional and psychological aspects.

She is especially good at taking my age and physical limitations into consideration.
