Tabitha was able to help me work toward my goals by checking in with me at the beginning of each week to understand where I was, how I was doing, and what adjustments (if any) were in order. She also kept me motivated by giving me positive and constructive feedback during our sessions.
Tabitha was able to help me achieve my wellness goals by teaching me how to combine healthy eating habits with yoga and strength training.
The most significant change I’ve experienced as a result of this class has been the awareness I’ve gained of how my body responds to my daily diet and activities. I feel so much more in tune with my body, if that makes any sense! LOL!
